Cuffee, H
Hello, my name is Henry Cuffee III and I am a junior at Elmira College. I am a Business Administration major with specializations in Marketing and Management and a minor in Finance. This term III I am taking a class called Entertainment, Media, and Sports Marketing where we will be talking about all aspects of marketing. Throughout the duration of this course, I will be posting weekly blogs about our class experiences with our discussions and field trips.
This week, we had two guest speakers come in and speak with us about entertainment marketing. The first guest speaker was Dr. Matthew Hufnagel and the second was Professor John Kelly. To finish off the week we visited the Clemens Center in downtown Elmira and we discussed the business of entertainment theater and how vital it is to use good marketing plans to promote shows. The trip was very essential to our learning, as some kids in the class plan to go into entertainment marketing in the future.
